DELIVERY & RETURNS

This covers every piece you order from me directly, through this website, by email or by message.

DELIVERY

Every piece is made to order once we've agreed the details, and posted when it's finished. If you need it by a certain date, tell me when you get in touch.

• UK standard: £3.00, 2–4 days. Free on UK orders over £50.
• UK tracked: £4.95, 1–2 days, with a Royal Mail tracking number.
• International: I ship from Wales to most countries, but not currently to the EU. Orders typically arrive in 7–14 days, and postage varies with your order and destination. Customs fees and import taxes are set by the destination country, so international buyers pay any charges due on delivery.

CHANGING YOUR MIND

You can cancel your order for any reason, from the moment we agree it until 14 days after the day you receive your piece. You don't need to give a reason.

• To cancel, email me at sunnygemswales@gmail.com with your name, what you ordered and the day it arrived, or use the cancellation form below.
• Post the piece back to me within 14 days of telling me. I'll send you the address. You pay the return postage.
• I'll refund what you paid for the piece and its delivery, up to the cost of UK standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving it back, or of you showing me you've posted it if that's sooner. The refund goes back the way you paid, by bank transfer or PayPal.

Custom commissions designed with you, and pieces personalised for you (engraved with a name or a custom rune, for example), are made to your own specification, so they can't be cancelled for a change of mind. Your rights below still apply if anything is wrong with them.

The right to cancel covers orders made at a distance. A piece bought in person from my stall at a market or fair can't be returned for a change of mind.

IF SOMETHING'S WRONG

If a piece arrives faulty or not as described, tell me within 30 days of receiving it and you're entitled to a full refund, including the cost of sending it back. After 30 days I'll repair or replace it, and if that doesn't put it right you can still have a refund.

On top of those rights, every piece comes with my one-year guarantee: if it breaks or tarnishes badly within the first year of normal wear, I'll repair or replace it. You cover postage to send it to me, and I'll cover sending it back to you.

CANCELLATION FORM

You don't have to use this form; any clear message saying you want to cancel is enough. To use it, copy it into an email to sunnygemswales@gmail.com.
